Simple answers about refunds and cancellations for voluntary support payments.
LoveTest is free to use, and no payment is ever required for the full experience. If you choose to support it, there are two voluntary options: a one-time contribution ($5, $10 or a custom amount) and a $9/month supporter subscription. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.
If a payment was made by mistake or something went wrong, contact us at lovetest.ai@gmail.com and we will look at it together. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's buyer processes. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right is respected.
You can cancel the $9/month supporter subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past payments. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing link provided after checkout, or by contacting us.
Because support payments are voluntary contributions that do not unlock features, we do not promise unconditional refunds. Each request is considered fairly, and nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
