LoveTest asks you to write about something personal, so it should be clear what happens to it.
The reflections you receive are generated by AI from what you write. They are suggestions to consider, not facts about you, and LoveTest is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or professional advice. If there is abuse, coercive control, threats, stalking, violence or any risk to your safety, please put your safety first and contact local emergency services or a professional support service.
Once you begin a LoveTest, your progress — including answers you are part-way through typing — is kept in your browser and, from that same moment, on our servers. That is what lets you close the tab and pick the reflection up again. Resuming works in the same browser on the same device; there is no login yet, so a reflection cannot be opened elsewhere.
Your reflection is kept so you can return to it in the same browser on the same device. It is automatically deleted after 24 months without activity. Any new activity restarts this period. You can delete it yourself at any time using “Delete my reflection.”
To write your reflections, your map and your chat replies, what you have written is sent to an AI service that generates the text. This happens whenever a reflection, connection, synthesis or chat reply is produced — not only once at the end.
No name or email is required to use the LoveTest reflection experience. If you voluntarily make a payment, Paddle collects the customer and payment details needed to process and manage it. LoveTest does not currently create an account or attach that payment identity or customer record to the content of your reflection. Because free-form writing can still identify you or another person, please write only what you are comfortable having saved.
Session content may be reviewed by LoveTest to evaluate and improve the quality of the reflection.
Your answers and the reflections written for you are never sent to our analytics tools. Those receive only an anonymous session identifier and simple behavioural events, such as which step was reached.
At the bottom of your map you will find "Delete my reflection". After you confirm, everything in that reflection — your answers, mapped parts, connections, clarity text and conversation — is removed from this device and from our servers, and it cannot be undone. Because there is no login, your browser holds a private key that proves the reflection is yours; only that browser can write to it or delete it.
